MEA Operations Leader works side by side with the MEA SW Services Leader and Services BU Leaders; support them with day-to-day activities and initiate and manage new initiatives to improve Operational oversight, business controls and optimize overall services processes for both the sales and delivery cycle.
The successful candidate has extensive experience in Services Sales and Delivery in addition to experience in Operations/Processes/finance. The candidate needs to provide end to end leadership and understand impact of a change in one area to the overall business.
Typical activities:
- Lead the members of the MEA Operations team, by anticipating and removing obstacles to enable their performance and keeping them informed on the business strategy
- Support SW Services Sales and provide guidance and leadership, and optimize processes and execution for the release of our proposals to customers.
- Team with counterparts (Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Fulfillment, QA, Legal, etc.) for getting proper support for SWG Services within these communities.
- Monitor SWG Services main KPI’s (Forecast, Signings, P&L, Utilization, Headcount) on a monthly basis and ensure that the data provided to MEA SWG Services executive and WW is accurate
- Work together with the WW Operations team to continue to drive consistency between the geographies
- Provide support for seamless integration of new acquisitions
- Drive initiatives to ensure a strong and sustainable business controls posture
- Support invoicing and contractual issues.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise Extensive experience in Services Sales and Delivery in addition to experience in Operations/Processes/finance

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education Master’s Degree
Travel Required Up to 50% or 3 days a week (home on weekends – based on project requirements)
