An Eden Prairie company is searching for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis! This company is a leader in the cellular market, specializing in design, installation, and optimization of radio mobile networks, primarily operating in the African markets in Tunisia and Algeria. They provide value-added cellular based solutions utilizing top of the market equipment. This is a brand new position, so we are looking for a seasoned sales administrative assistant to support six sales staff members. This is a temporary-to-hire position, operating during regular business hours and receiving a salary of $40,000/year. Job Duties: * Taking customer purchase orders and processing them in the system * Learning part numbers and their corresponding accessories * Pulling the needed items from inventory and putting them on the shipping table * Talking to the customer to clarify parts or answer questions * Helping to gather and distribute sales information * Updating account information in Quickbooks or CRM * Coordinating Trade show travel/appointments * Overall Vendor Relations and Customer Relations * Potentially even product ordering Requirements: * At least 2 years of previous sales or sales support experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Must be organized and detailed * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) * Experience with CRM systems * Experience with Quickbooks a plus
