Job Description:
The Responsive ISR Business Area is seeking a PFA 4 to support their International business which includes the contingent award of the Algeria Aerostat Program. This fixed price program will provide five aerostat-based persistent surveillance systems and associated communications and ground systems in Algeria, valued at $585M. The program office execution team will be based in Palm Bay, FL and will include significant subcontract content, trade finance, agent fees and complicated terms and conditions. This position will be responsible for:

Supporting program execution as well as internal financial reporting

OSPI modeling and forecasting

Profit and investment analysis

Ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications:
BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, MBA a plus but not required

Preferred:
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MPM, PeopleSoft & Queries, FFM, PACER is a plus

Candidate should have experience with international contracts

Position requires support across multiple functions and may require international travel.

Candidate should be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task.

Should be able to operate effectively in a dynamic environment

Should have strong leadership and interpersonal skill set, be capable of interfacing with management and forming a strong business partnerships with key program leaders

Should be proactive in solving problems and issues in a timely manner with minimal supervision

Should possess strong communication skills (Oral, Written, Listening)

Should have strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
