Description du poste Votre mission consistera également à : Mener à bien des actions correctives et des enquêtes de satisfaction client, Veiller au respect et à la conformité des normes et des procédures de la compagnie et du client, Développer une connaissance approfondie du marché algérien, Maîtriser le risque commercial lors de la signature de nouveaux contrats, Accompagner le développement de nouveaux services en coordination avec le responsable régional, Assurer la croissance de vos équipes par des actions de recrutement et de formation, Coordonner toutes les actions de la société sur le territoire algérien afin d’assurer le succès de l’entreprise dans sa stratégie de développement. Profil recherché Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience à un poste commercial idéalement dans le secteur de l’industrie agro-alimentaire, de la santé ou d’un secteur approchant.Vous parlez parfaitement arabe, français et anglais. Doté(e) d’un réel sens commercial, méthodique, vous souhaitez intégrer un secteur en pleine expansion et travailler pour une entreprise prestigieuse.
