Sr.Manager Material Program Management - Raytheon - Fullerton, CA

This position is responsible for all Integrated Supply Chain efforts through all phases of IPDS, supporting the C2 business area. C2 is a ~$450M business area with significant international program and capture content (~66% international in 2016 with a forecast to grow to 75% international bookings in the 5YP).

The C2 team provides product to multiple programs with customers and sources across the globe. The customers and supply base for this business area include: Algeria, Egypt, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Taiwan, Australia, Jordan, Malaysia, and other countries. C2 is a very complex business area requiring expertise in international sourcing, unique collaborative agreements (ie teaming agreements, joint ventures, etc), and co-development/co-production with international partners in those countries.

This person will have responsibility for complete ISC oversight and monitoring of performance within the C2 business area to ensure performance to technical, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.

Required skills.

• 12 years Subcontract Management, Material Program Management, Program Management or Integrated Product Team experience


• Must possess strong collaboration skills enabling effective communication and demonstrated business results working internally with Engineering, Operations and Quality as well as externally with international suppliers, including major subcontracts


• Strong experience with Risk & Opportunity management, EVMS, Material Sales, EACs or IPDS


• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, leading a team of individuals focused on goals and ability to drive change

Desired Skills

• Demonstrated ability to successfully establish and implement an international sourcing strategy to support C2 business strategies


• Technical or Advanced Business Degree


• Strong leadership and business acumen


• EVMS certified


• Level 3 MPM certification


• Experience in IPDS, Risk Management, SOW development and business finances


• Demonstrated ability to understand financial information, budgets, and program performance and develop strategies to improve performance in these areas


• Skilled in change management and organizational effectiveness


• Ability to build and maintaineffective relationships based on mutual respect with peers customers and team members


• An existing Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance


• Outstanding written, verbal communication, strong presentation and organizational skills, has keen attention to detail
