Instructor / Facilitator I International Mobile Education Team and Civil-Military Relations (IMET) - CALIBRE Systems, Inc. - Monterey, CA

CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Services Company is looking for high performing training, leadership and education senior professionals / subject matter experts possessing the skills to analyses, design and deliver Graduate and Executive level material in support of a future Center for Civil-Military Relations (CCMR) opportunity with the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, California. CCMR has been tasked by the Departments of Defense and State to strengthen democratic civil-military relationships and build capacity of U.S. allies and partners. CCMR, supported by a faculty of prominent scholars, government officials, and military officers, accomplishes this goal by assisting those nations in making integrated defense decisions. Candidates for this position will provide instruction/facilitation within the International Mobile Education Team and Civil-Military Relations (IMET) domain.

Instruction/Facilitation events may occur in a wide variety of countries including, but not limited to, Albania, Algeria, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Chad, Chile, Comoros, Czech Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Indonesia, Estonia, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Hungary, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Moldova, Mozambique, Palestine, Poland, Slovakia, South Africa, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, and Vietnam. This position requires travel over 50% of the time.

Candidates for this position may be selected as full time, part time, or as contractors.

Required Skills

Must have active Secret Clearance.

Skilled at developing, delivering, and evaluating graduate level training diverse multi-national students at all career levels.

Skills in advising on complex training issues and problems that require a detailed knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.

Skills in designing and preparing reports, studies, and related documentation for training applications, develops assessment criteria for achieving program results and prepares and delivers presentations and briefings to support program development.

Possess verifiable expertise in one or more of the following of the Civil-Military Relation disciplines:

Required Experience

Bachelor Degree and/or Six (6) Years of experience in the conduct of training.

Verifiable experience developing, delivering, and evaluating graduate level training diverse multi-national students at all career levels.
