Job Description
Vérifier l’avancement des travaux réalisés sur site.
– Réviser et Valider les attachements des sous-traitants.
– Contrôle et suivie facturations, Quantités achevés.
– Validations les Bordereaux des prix révisés.
– Etudier les réclamations présentées par les sous-traitants
– Analyse de cout.
Skills
• Diplôme en tant que Ingénieur ou Technicien bâtiments
• Connaissances parfaites de la construction et de la gestion de chantier en tant que QS.
• Entre 12-15 ans d`expérience dans le secteur de bâtiment-construction
