Advanced Application Specialist - Women Health

Role Summary/Purpose:

Provides clinical and technical leadership during sales process by demonstration of full range of products / services to prospects.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Use strong Clinical expertise to help sales

2. Build strong relationship with Luminaries in order to develop programs.

3. Engage with new and named accounts to establish credibility and drive clinical strategy.

4. Provide thought leadership on product optimization and products market positioning.

5. Responsible for Clinical and Research sites management in coordination with local organizations.

6. Responsible for the clinical evaluation of new software, options, and systems before release.

7. Responsible for dissemination of information on Clinical trends, new procedures and new products or options.

8. Resolve product vs. Application issues.

9. Make the selection of clinical images for the sales library and congresses.

10. Work with the Product Manager(s) and the local Organization to identify key reference sites for new product introductions.

11. Establishes regular and ongoing linkage to the Clinical Applications Group.

12. Ensures that all new products are clinically relevant and all clinical needs are translated into technical and performance specifications.

13. Give input into Product Planning on Clinical trends.

14. Take active part in the organization of user meetings / Medical Advisory board in collaboration with the Product Managers and the Sales Support Specialist.

15. Support Customer visits at reference site as needed.

16. Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer.

17. Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training.

This position is also available in Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia.
