Channel Distribution Manager



Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain distribution channels across the country;
-Manage healthy business relationship with whole-sellers and retailers;
-Be responsible for PSI management. Monitor the sell-through and sell-out and carry out sales and inventory alert to guarantee products proper distributions;
-Plan the sales strategies in respect of competence information and marketing development through market investigation;
-Create monthly, quarterly and annual target to whole-seller and retailers and carry out motivation policies. Ensure On-target management;
-Develop and carry out tactical marking activities through ATL and BTL activities;
-Administration of POS, including POS location selecting, POS interior decoration, product demonstration and sales speech design, etc;
-Manage sales force with team support through training and experience sharing;
-Manage media relationship and organize media activities;
-Assist the Sales Director to perform the other task assigned for both B2B and B2C projects.


Requirements:
– above 3 years of channel management experience in consumer electronics. Bachelor degree holders in Commercial or Administration are preferred. 
– Rich experience in the consumer electronics products (especially handset) in local market, deep knowledge and relationship of all levels of distributors;
– Target-oriented, strong implementation force, proactive ‘can do’ attitude, contract spirit, honest, work passion;
– Excellent spirit of team work, know how to cooperate, report and share with teammates;
– Be able to obtain market information perceptively with a very strong sense of competition;
– Be able to use, French and English as working language.
