F&B Revenue Analyst

Personal Qualities :
– Open mind, analytic, calm

Responsibilities :
– Deliver insightful analysis in support of strategic initiatives and business decisions
– Identify revenue and profit growth opportunities
– Evaluate and report business performance drivers and key metrics
– Utilize historical data, primary research findings, and other relevant information
– Liaise with group and event department to analyses the pickups and history
– Suggest to the Director F&B th accurate forecast

Basic Qualifications :
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office package strong ability to manager xls spreadsheet

Preferred Qualifications and Qualifications :
– Any Hospitality certificate or course will be considered an advantage
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or other related quantitative field or equivalent or MBA or advanced degree in analytical field
