Manager or Technical manager

Overall Purpose of the Job (Accountabilities):
– To achieve the set goals in the set time frame.
– Coordinate to put a future 5 years localization plan (Products manufacturing) to Algeria growing the firm’s needs.
– Responsible for follow-up execution of contract manufacturing and licensing-in deals.
– Ensure proper and on-time implementation of the localization plan (local manufacturing & registration plan) of existing and new products.
– Initiate negotiations with potential manufacturers and participate in closing the deals.
– Follow up the contracts entered into, through a startup by coordinating with concerned departments for adherence to various substantive clauses.
 
          
Qualifications :
– Bachelors/3-5 yr Degree
– PMP is preferred.

Key Authorities:
– To set Execution plan and responsibilities matching with the company strategic objectives.
– To raise a periodic report (Monthly & Quarterly) to BOM of Algeria, that will give the direction and new dimensions of strategic thrust to the company’s
business.
