Master Control Scheduling Manager

Purpose of the Job :
– Manage the physical flows for the project(s), goods storage, to ensure project satisfaction (material availability), while contributing to profitability improvement Logistic costs.
– Is in charge of the Stock management Software and is the Key User for the tool
– Support PSCL for projects directly managed with the HUB

– Interface with other functions involved in the Project, Construction.

– KPI: goods reception, warehousing, delivery on time to the construction or local warehouse
– Cycle counting, warehouse management

Responsibilities :

Develop Logistic performance through the improvement of warehouse(s) processes, competencies and KPI in coordination with local Operations that support the company objectives :
– Ensure that personnel operate in an environment that complies with HSE company policies
– Manage Warehousing
– Manage the reception, storage, packaging and shipment
– Measure and challenge the performance of the Logistic activities
– Ensure the Material & Equipment delivery from the warehouse to the construction fronts
– Continually improve the performance of the Warehouses & Operation delivery
– Manage the Equipment & Tools for the HUB Location

Candidate Requirements :
 
Educational Requirements :
– Degree in Supply Chain or experienced candidate

Desired Knowledge / Experience :
– 5 year of experience in logistic, warehouse management
– Fluent French, Arab. English basics

Skills / Competencies :
– Team player, Continuous Improvement

– ERP (SAP)
– Inventory – Warehousing – Material Management
– Pack Office
