Service Engineer

UNIMENA SARL, official distributor in Algeria of a worldwide material handling solutions leader, searching for new team members in its organization of after-sales

Job Purpose : 
– Provide a high level of electro-technical support to maintenance department and ensure that all people in after-sales team are highly trained in collaboration with Supplier’s technicians.

Key Deliverables:
– Attached and reporting to Service Manager who is based on central workshop,
– Keep communicating with main supplier in Germany,
– Provide a high level of electro-technical data flow and updates to after-sales department,
– Updating equipment documentation, software and drawings in collaboration with manufacturer,
– Installing new and upgrade existing equipment,
– Be willing to give training to new technicians and learner technician on fault finding and maintenance guides.
– Complete fault reports, and other administrative tasks,
– Keep all documentation, drawings, software programs up to date – regarding to machines,
– Participation in all machinery upgrade or new installation projects,
– Complete assigned training requirements.
– Participate to regular training in central workshop (Algeria), Germany and Turkey.

Essential requirements :
– University degree in , preferably in “Engineering” or “Technical Departments”.
– Sound technical knowledge and ability
– Fluency in both written and spoken French and English Language is required because of communication with foreign supplier.
– Good communication and presentation skills.
– Preferably 2 (two) years relevant experience in the machinery, industry or equivalent business sector.
– New graduated young candidates are accepted to be trained.
– The position is in Blida – Boufarik.
– Interviews will take place in English.
