The client is currently  looking for a helpdesk specialit that lives in the area of Larbaa, Blida.
 
Missions :
– Insuring the final users’ proximity support ( helpdesk).
– Creating & maintaining the associated technical documentation.
– Managing the park.
– Performing maintenance tasks.
– Insuring the permanence evening & weekend.
 
Responsibilities :
– Maintaining the availability of the users’ computers environment.
– Keeping the users’ information confidential during interventions.
– Waiting line.
– Signalling any anomaly.
